Gardening

Today the Pusheens helped out in the garden by pouring the soil into the raised bed garden. The Pusheens learned from their grandfather that there is a difference between soil and dirt. Dirt is what you rub on your face and soil is what you put your plants in. They didn’t really understand what he meant but soil is full of nutrients.

The Pusheens learned that when you pour soil close to plants you have to be careful not to bury them because if you bury the plants they will die. The plants need sunshine, and it is very dark under all of the soil.

They planned to do a lot of work. But they could only carry one bag at a time. Since the Pusheens are very lazy, they decided to take a short cat nap laying on top of the furniture in the sunshine. After their four hour nap they went inside for a snack and got too carried away. So much for the garden.
