You may not realize this, but Banana is a celebrity. She is one of the stars of Caturday Night Live, which is a cat version of Saturday Night Live.

Caturday Night Live is a comedy usually filmed in front of a live audience of cats. It’s a show that has smaller sections of scenes in it. They don’t have a live music section because Pusheens can’t play instruments. They can’t even play the xylophone. Instead of the music section they have celebrities come on and test cat toys. They have a section that makes fun of the news and they act out everything.

On the show, Banana introduces the new acts and is one of the main stars. She is also the lead comedy writer. But she isn’t the director. Marshmallow is the director.

Today Banana has to rehearse. They were getting the cameras and lighting perfect. It turns out you have to have all different colors of light so that Pusheens look ok on camera. The lights have special color filters you can take on and off. Banana needs two colors of lights, white and yellow.

This week they will make a song about quarantine life and how it’s no different than regular life for fat, lazy cats.
