Today is April 1st, which is April Fools Day. Some people think that April Fools Day goes back hundreds of years to 1528 when France changed its calendar system. It would be weird if someone suddenly changed the calendar and instead of it being Wednesday it was Saturday and a totally different month. That would be irritating but also kind of funny.

The Pusheens pulled pranks on each other, and the pranks were kind of awesome.

Diana and Pip have been pranking each other since sunrise! First, Diana put frosting on a piece of sponge from our sink and called it a sponge cake and gave to Pip. Pip took a giant bite into it be he loves cake. When he realized that he couldn’t actually take a bite out of it he was very disappointed.

Pip was so mad he pranked Diana by putting green food coloring in the milk to make it look like it was spoiled. When Diana went to get a class of milk, it was a sort of light green, but it was hard to tell if something was really wrong with it. So she smelled it and it smelled like milk. But she didn’t want to drink it. Then Pip drank it and grossed Diana out.

All the Pusheens got to enjoy the pranks and were very glad the pranks weren’t played on them. Of course it is only 10:54 in the morning and there are many hours to go today.
